How do I place a web order?
It's super easy.
1. Add the products one by one to your cart using the "add to cart" button. Please make sure to double check the color of the item you have chosen to make sure they are exactly what you want.
2. Press the checkout button! Follow through all of the steps including filling out all appropriate information.
3. Press the "review order" button and review your personal information and products in your cart.
4. Press "confirm order" and you will be redirected to our secure paypal order processing page where you can enter your credit, debit, or pay pal account information.
How secure is your website?
All personal information given to renewpurpose.com is fully protected and will NEVER be sold or given to any third party. All orders are processed through on paypal's ultra secure web-server and your account is protected by their renowned anti-fraud system. Learn more.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card as forms of payment. If you have credit in you paypal account you can also pay directly from there. All credit card information is processed safely and securely at the time of checkout via industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, all orders are processed through paypal.
What is your return policy?
We want each of our customers to be thrilled with each purchase at our store. If you aren't fully satisfied with the products you have purchased you can return them for a full refund for the returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All products sent back for return must be in original condition unused and unworn. Any products found to be in unacceptable and un sellable condition will be returned to the customer.
Please remember that the cut off time for returns is 30 days. We will not accept any returns after this period. Anything received after the 30 day period will be sent back to the customer
Do you offer exchanges?
No. We would prefer that you instead send back the items you no longer want for a refund and place a new order for the products you desire.
How long will it take you to process my order?
We process's shipments every day monday through friday. In some circumstances orders can be processed the same day they are placed but in most cases orders are processed within one or two business days after the order was placed,
